Referral and Marketing Disclosure

Last updated: October 2026

You should know how Cancomplex Roofing works and how we earn money. This page spells out our role. It is a general template, not legal advice.

What Cancomplex Roofing Is

Cancomplex Roofing is a referral and marketing service. We link homeowners with independent roofing providers. We do not inspect roofs. We do not do roof repair or roof replacement. We do not fix storm or hail damage, and we offer no other roofing services.

When you call the number on this site or send a form, we may route your call or request. It may go to an independent provider. It may go to a marketing partner that works with providers near you.

How We Earn Money

Providers or marketing partners may pay Cancomplex Roofing for calls, form requests or other referrals we send them. The payment may depend on things like how long a call lasts or whether someone answers it. We may be paid even if you do not hire the provider.

This payment does not change what a provider charges you. You pay the provider directly for work you agree to. The provider sets the price.

Providers Run Their Own Businesses

Providers are independent. They are not employees, agents or partners of Cancomplex Roofing. Each one alone answers for:

• Its estimates, prices and terms
• The quality and timing of its work
• Its warranties, permits, licenses and insurance
• How it talks and acts with you

A match with a provider is not an endorsement. It is not a promise about their work. Because of how we are paid, the provider you meet may depend on who is in our network at that time.

The Choice Is Yours

You never have to hire a provider we connect you with. Ask questions. Check credentials. Get a written estimate. Compare other quotes before you decide.

About Call Recording

Calls made through this site may be tracked. Some may be recorded. We do this for quality, verification and billing.
